1. Making a Booking
All bookings must be made in advance, either online or by phone. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all journey details are correct. Brighton Airport Journey is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
2. Confirmation
Once your booking is received and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us promptly to verify your booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may incur a charge of up to 100% of the fare. No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Delays & Waiting Time
Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands. For standard pickups (e.g. home or hotel), we offer 10 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Charges may apply beyond this.
5. Flight Monitoring
We monitor all incoming flights to adjust your pickup time if there are delays. It is still your responsibility to inform us of major disruptions or changes to your flight or schedule.
6. Luggage
Please select a vehicle suitable for your group size and luggage. If additional or oversized luggage is not declared at booking, we may not be able to accommodate it, and additional charges could apply.
7. Passenger Conduct
We expect all passengers to treat our drivers with respect. Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the journey without refund.
8. Child Seats
Child seats are available upon request at the time of booking, subject to availability. Customers may also bring their own if preferred. It is your responsibility to ensure child seats are installed correctly.
9. Vehicle Allocation
We reserve the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles based on availability. In cases where a specific vehicle type is unavailable, a comparable alternative will be provided at no extra cost.
10. Delays & Liability
We aim to arrive on time, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, roadworks, accidents, or extreme weather. We are not liable for missed flights or appointments due to such delays.
11. Payment Terms
All fares must be paid in full before or at the time of travel unless otherwise agreed. We accept most major credit/debit cards and cash. Receipts are available upon request.
12. Personal Data
Your personal information is used only for managing bookings and providing our service. We never share your data with third parties unless legally required to do so.
